SERVICESDiet
Our guests are fed twice a day with a selection of premium pet food.
If you cat has a special dietary need or a prescribed dietary requirement, please bring this along with you and we will happily feed this to your cat. This will be labeled and stored separately.
Grooming/cuddles and attention
Complimentary grooming is provided for those cats who enjoy being groomed, and of course they will all receive lots of love and attention.
Keeping in touch
If you are missing your cat you can e-mail us and we will e-mail you a photograph and give you an up to date report on his/her wellbeing.
Bedding
All bedding is provided by us.
Pickup Service
A pickup service can be arranged, costs dependant on distance and time involved.
Veterinary Care
Should your cat require veterinary care we have an excellent 24hr on call vet. All costs are payable by the owner.
Isolation
Should any cat show symptoms of sickness that could be contagious to other guests, they will be transferred to our isolation unit and veterinary assistance will be sought with costs to be covered by the owner.
